Our Louisiana 211 Statewide Network is composed of eight dedicated non-profit organizations with more than 560 years of collective service to communities in Louisiana. Together, our network works around the clock to provide accurate information and referrals to meet the needs of 211 help seekers. All services are free and confidential to Louisianans.

232-HELP proudly provides 211 services for the 10 parishes in the Lafayette area. You can access a map of the service delivery area here.
232-HELP is a single destination agency providing information, education and referral services. Guidance and direct services are rendered as required. They work to help those in crisis return to being healthy and productive members of the community and to empower and strengthen individuals and families by connecting those in need with community and social services that address their needs.

VIA LINK proudly works to support Louisiana 211 in 10 parishes in the New Orleans area. You can access a map of the service delivery area here.
VIA LINK provides a range of services to the people of Louisiana. We provide counseling to those in crisis, help people connect with critical services, give suicide intervention, manage the HMIS system for Orleans and Jefferson parishes, offer opioid counseling and more. Our services are provided by phone, text, and online chat services 24/7, 365 days a year. VIA LINK is the only crisis certified call center in the Louisiana 211 Network, and we handle all 211 crisis calls in the State.
